Mary B. Flynn founded Bay Area Baby Squad after being a postpartum doula for over 16 years and saw the need to support new parents throughout the Bay Area. Mary is renowned for her calm nature and her first hand experience with any newborn care issues. During the past five years Mary has changed her business mode to helping news parents balance the struggle of going back to work and having a newborn. Issues such as feeding by either bottle or breast, combination feeding, sleep training can be worked through in just a one hour virtual consultation with Mary. Along with being a leader and developer in evidence-based doula training, Mary is a sleep specialist, lactation educator, certified EMT, CPR certified trainer, and certified CPS expert (Child Passenger Safety).
