Getting through to this office on the phone was rough. I probably called six times over the course of two weeks before getting someone on the phone. Once they answered though, the process went smoothly. The person who answered was very nice and scheduled an appointment for me a few weeks later. The guard let me inside at my designated appointment time, where there was a large seating area. There were about five people/pairs of people waiting in front of me and an equal number of windows open, so I only waited 15 or 20 minutes before being called.
