Pilates strengthens the core and improves flexibility and balance for all ages and levels of fitness. It is a mind-body exercise and is a great deal of fun due to our welcoming participants. Dr. Julie Iamarino, a nutritionist and retired Chropractor, is trained & certified in “The Method Pilates”. She has been teaching for 9 years and practicing Pilates for 14 years.
