We offer expert psychological and counselling services to help individuals, families, and couples overcome a variety of mental health challenges. Our therapists provide therapy for children, teens and adults. We treat anxiety, depression, addictions, trauma, communication breakdown, parenting challenges, child behaviour issues, workplace stress, and self-esteem challenges. Our therapists each have 15+ years of experience. We offer an easy to use online booking system and provide free client parking directly outside of our office. We can direct bill Alberta Blue Cross and a variety of other insurance providers. We are approved services providers for RCMP, military, first responders, First Nations and other groups.
