We provide friendship, programs and opportunities for adults 50 plus to enjoy social, recreational and educational activities. We offer a variety of programs including evening classes for those who cannot attend during the day. Not only will you benefit from the physical and mental activities which promote health and well being, but we hope you will enjoy the camaraderie and social interaction opportunities that are available on a daily basis. Don’t be surprised if you make a new friend or two or three… Mapleridge offers activities to get you moving, such as Zumba, Line Dancing, and Nia. You will also find exercises for your well-being such as Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Yoga. But let’s not forget the mind games such as cribbage, bid euchre, bridge and euchre.
