The training of untrained minds helps individuals with awareness and power of clarity, in order to live happier, balanced and stress free lives. Meditation for All Ages offers different type of mindfulness meditation for individuals and groups, tailored according to specific needs and goals. Classes have been set for three different groups or individuals: Beginner, intermediate and advance, and will offer a custom designed program for each client.
