Community Care Northumberland is a multi-service, volunteer based community support organization.  We enable clients to experience a higher quality of life by strengthening their connections with the community.  We offer a number of different programs throughout our service area including;  Hospice Palliative Care, Meals on Wheels (Hot and Frozen), Transportation (both volunteer based, accessible and rural), Community Diners Clubs, Friendly Visiting, Home Help and Maintenance, and in-home assistance for individuals leaving the hospital.
