In order to do business with the City, your company will have to carry general liability
insurance and owned and unowned auto insurance. The City may be required to be named as
an additional insured on the policy. WSIB clearance is also required for a company to
work on City property. If you are an independent, the City may require you to ask WSIB
for a determination regarding your status.

of/or with the City must meet the requirements of the Accessible Customer Service
Standard, Ontario Regulation 429/07 (made under the Accessibility for Ontarians
with Disabilities Act (AODA), 2005). |

a service, insurance and WSIB will be required prior to starting any work for the
City.
The City does not guarantee any business by completing this online registration
but the City may request a quotation for your goods and service.
The City may advertise for or invite competitors to provide quotes, tenders or proposals
that have not been registered.
Please note that if the City does purchase goods or services that do not meet the
terms or conditions of the purchase, the Vendor will be removed from the registration
list for a period of time.
The City may from time to time invite your company to compete to enter into a standing
agreement to supply goods and services "as requested" and "when required" for a specific
term. If your company is successful in the competition the company would be added to a
list as a Vendor of Record (VOR).
