
Position: Area Sales Consultant
Reports to:
Sales Manager
Wages: 100% Commission
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Duties:
- Identify and solicit potential clients in the defined YLM™ municipal or association directory
- Provide clients with the benefits of online YLM enhanced listings and web services and understand client needs
- Close sale and prepare sales contract
- Consult with client after sale or signed contract to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions
- Maintain a high level of YLM product knowledge and benefits Meet or exceed YLM sales targets consistently
- Attend monthly networking meetings for Township, Chambers, BIA’s, etc. representing YLM Identify other networking opportunities within community
- Attend trade shows setting up booth and sales aids representing YLM
Qualifications:
- Self Motivated Goal and Results Driven
- Comfortable with computers using Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent Listening Skills & Customizing Benefits to Client’s Specific Business Needs
- Customer focused ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Energetic, outgoing and confident risk taker
- Outstanding oral communications skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Must have access to insured vehicle with a valid drivers license
